About Feel Good Fitness with Colette
We are a small fitness and health oriented business, where being supportive of each other is most important to us. We focus on all areas of fitness related activities including agility, co-ordination, balance and mobility. Sessions are never the same, and it really doesn't matter how old or how conditioned you are. Everyone can be accommodated in the same session. We offer small group and personal training as well as nutrition coaching and remedial rteatment to help you achieve your health goals. Taking part in special events and sharing a coffee after training are wonderful ways to build community spirit and improve the state of your mental health.

Hello, my name is Colette Gutsch-Berry, mother of two teenage children, wife, and founder of Feel Good Fitness with Colette located in the Hunter Valley in NSW Australia. I am a passionate Sports Therapist, Fitness, Health & Nutrition Coach. I help busy people to achieve better health and life balance through suitable and sustainable training methods and education whilst maintaining fun and interest.
Growing up in the East of Germany I spent most of my life as an athlete running hurdles. I represented my school in many sports including European handball and gymnastics. After completing a double degree in high school teaching I found myself moving to Australia for love.
Here I was able to turn my love for exercise and teaching into my profession. Over the cause of a few years, I became a Master Trainer in the fitness industry, got involved in adult education, and trained new and upcoming fitness trainers, and I added plenty of studies to my repertoire including sports therapies, a post-graduate in exercise science and nutrition coaching.
Since moving from Sydney to the Hunter Valley I have built a beautiful and supportive community of busy people around me - all wanting to make a difference to their overall health and wellbeing.
To me it is most important to practice what I preach. Being busy doesn't need to be an excuse - it can be the reason you engage in Feel Good Fitness with Colette.
